About Shipping & Delivery
- We do not accept liability for delivery delays caused by third parties.
- This includes errors in the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import regulations in your country.
- Please check with your local customs office regarding the import of your order.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, fees, and other import charges.
- If an order is refused by customs, YUKAI ENGINEERING is not responsible for any losses or costs.
- Couriers will contact customers directly to arrange payment of applicable duties.
- If payment is not completed, shipments may be returned or disposed of according to the courier’s policy.
- If we receive a notice from the courier indicating that the buyer has refused to pay the duties, your order will be cancelled. In such cases, we will deduct any shipping fees, duties, and customs processing charges billed to us before issuing a refund.
Processing Time
- International orders may require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
- Delivery may be delayed during peak periods such as holidays or promotional events.
Shipping Restrictions for Lithium Polymer (Li-Po) Battery Products
Products containing Li-Po batteries (e.g., fufuly, Nékojita FuFu) are subject to shipping restrictions for safety reasons:
- Maximum 2 units per order.
Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
- If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that are opened, damaged, or not in resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
The refund amount will exclude the original shipping fee. - If any customs duties, taxes, or other import-related charges are billed to YUKAI ENGINEERING due to the return, these costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping to the United States
- Due to new U.S. regulations effective August 29, 2025 (abolishment of the De Minimis rule), Japan Post EMS is temporarily unavailable for U.S. shipments from the Yukai Engineering Online Store.
