Returns

• If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that are opened, damaged, or not in resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
   The refund amount will exclude the original shipping fee.
• If any customs duties, taxes, or other import-related charges are billed to YUKAI ENGINEERING due to the return, these costs will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
