[Important Notice] Global Shipping Delays and Temporary Service Suspensions

Due to recent international airspace restrictions and the resulting disruptions to global logistics networks, we are implementing the following changes to our shipping operations, effective immediately.

1. Potential Delays for All International Shipments

Current global circumstances have led to significant flight rerouting and logistics congestion. As a result, all international shipments to any destination worldwide may experience delays of approximately 7–14 business days or longer.

  • Target Regions: All countries and regions worldwide.

  • Affected Carriers: All carriers (including EMS, DHL, etc.).

  • Cause: Extended transit times due to airspace avoidance and increased pressure on global cargo capacity.

2. Temporary Shipping Suspension (Effective Immediately)

We have temporarily suspended the acceptance and fulfillment of orders to the following countries due to severe airspace closures and critical logistical constraints:

Affected Countries:Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • New and Pending Orders: All unfulfilled orders to these destinations will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Orders Already Dispatched: Shipments currently in transit may experience extreme delays or may be returned to us due to carrier routing adjustments.


Ongoing MonitoringWe are closely monitoring the situation in coordination with our global logistics partners. As conditions evolve, additional regions may be affected, and we will provide further updates as necessary.
