1. Temporary Shipping Suspension (Effective Immediately)

We have temporarily suspended acceptance and fulfillment of orders to the following countries due to severe airspace closures and logistical constraints:

This suspension applies to all new and unfulfilled orders.
Customers with pending orders to these destinations will be contacted individually, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Please note that shipments already dispatched may also experience extended transit delays due to carrier routing adjustments.

2. Delivery Delays to Other Regions

Shipments to the following regions are currently experiencing delays of approximately 7–14 business days or longer due to international flight rerouting and network congestion:

• European Union member states
• United Kingdom
• Turkey
• Australia
• New Zealand

These delays may apply regardless of carrier (EMS or DHL).
